China Cultural Industry Association Exchanges Views with Cultural and Creative Industrial Cooperation Team of Cross-Strait CEO Summit

A conference between the Taiwan Cultural and Creative Industrial Cooperation Team of Cross-Strait CEO Summit and the China Cultural Industry Association was held on July 8th, 2014 in Beijing, in a move to strengthen communication and to explore the establishment of a cooperation mechanism in the cross-strait cultural industries.
The two sides had a wide range of discussions regarding the cultural industry, including the establishment of a cross-strait information exchange mechanism and a cooperative demonstration zone. They also exchanged views about cooperative filmmaking, intellectual property rights protection and cooperation, and a joint pooling of investment funds for the development of cross-strait cultural industries. Other relevant issues were touched as well.
